The 9th Festival got off to a colourful start with a Night on Broadway, a variety of songs from a variety of musicals, very well presented by The Balerno Theatre Group.

Saturday was all about Queen.  Hosted by the Pentland Singers a scratch choir spent over 4 hours practicing in the afternoon and then performed 5 of Queens songs to an enthusiastic audience in the evening.  There was an added bonus at the end.
